Because the strands are free and untied, it’s essential to handle them with care to prevent cuticle misalignment. Professionals working with bulk hair must keep the strands in the same direction they were packed — consistency ensures flawless results.

Weft – Stitched Extensions
Weft hair, also known as curtain extensions, is created by sewing loose strands together using a machine, forming a reinforced bundle that’s easier to apply. The hair is stitched multiple times at the root to secure it in place.

This type of extension is commonly used for sew-in installations over braided hair, but it’s also compatible with other placement techniques.
