Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. EST (Monday to Friday) are processed and shipped the same day via USPS Mail. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
We do not ship on weekends or national holidays.
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A second notification will follow when your package is shipped, including a real-time tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status 24/7.

We do not offer refunds. If the item you’re exchanging for is of lesser value, a store credit will be issued. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will only be charged the difference.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of any returned or exchanged items. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Lalpe Hair is not responsible for lost returns.
